We support self‑managed and plan‑managed NDIS participants.

- you understand that used sensory items cannot be returned unless faulty
- plan‑managed invoices must be paid by the plan manager before items are shipped
We reserve the right to decline NDIS orders if required information is not provided.
Billing & Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud or misuse.
Third‑Party Tools & Services
