Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a 14 day exchange from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at sales@josistasensory.com.au within 14 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
For any faulty or damaged products (caused by manufacturer error), we will offer a replacement item or refund to the value of the product.
For change of mind, you will be offered a store credit or refund to the purchase value of the product. You must return products at your own cost, unused and in original condition.
You will be entitled to a refund or exchange where we are required to do so under any relevant laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.
