NDIS Information
Josista Sensory can issue Tax Invoices for orders made online.
1. Self-Managed
Once you have placed your order, please email sales@josistasensory.com.au and we will provide you with a specific Tax Invoice to submit for your claim. Please include the NDIS number in your email.
2. Plan-Managed
Please email sales@josistasensory.com.au with the following details:
Participant's Details:
- Full Name
- NDIS Number
- Address
- Phone Number
Plan Manager Details:
- Plan Manager Name
- Email address for invoices
We will process the order for you and invoice the Plan Manager directly. Once funds are received from the Plan Manager, we will dispatch goods directly to the participant.

Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day exchange from the time you receive the goods. For change of mind, you will be offered a store credit to the purchase value of the product. You must return products at your own cost, unused and in original condition.
Please email us at sales@josistasensory.com.au within 14 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
You will be entitled to a refund or exchange where we are required to do so under any relevant laws, including the Australian Consumer Law. For more info, please see our Returns Policy.

Are your silicone products safe?
Yes! Our silicone products are made from FDA-approved, BPA-free, non-toxic silicone. Silicone is odourless, tasteless, and will not support the growth of mould or bacteria.
How do I care for my Josista products?
Clean your product before use. We recommend using warm soapy water.
- Products made entirely of silicone can be cleaned using a steriliser, placed in a dishwasher, or washed with warm soapy water.
- Products that include timber or cotton cord can be washed with warm soapy water or wiped with a damp cloth.
For specific care instructions, please refer to the instruction manual provided with your product.
Do your products comply with Australian Safety Standards?
Yes. Our products undergo regular independent toxicity testing and comply with European Standard EN 71 Part 3, and the equivalent Australian Standard for Toy Safety, AS NZS ISO 8124.1-2010.
Where are your products made?
Our products are designed in Australia and responsibly manufactured by our trusted partners. Our manufacturing partners meet our ethical standards for employment and human rights.
What age are your chew pendants suitable for?
Our chew pendants are designed for children aged 3 and over. They are not suitable for children under 3 years.
